Summer Solstice Barter Fair 2013 is a joining together of the Mercantile oriented. A chance for artisans, craftsmen/women, teachers, bodyworkers, energy workers, gardeners,etc... to gather together and sell, barter, and share there remarkable talents. The setting is an open field on private land, during the most powerful energy of the year, with a full moon to light our way.
Vendors will camp out and vend in approximately 15 feet of frontage space. Overall design is a circle representing community. The inner part of the circle will be for ceremonies, play, drumming, bonfire, dancing, etc...There will be an outer circle as well, with space between for foot traffic. This land has been used for meditation walks and is prepared for a spiritual group to gather for refreshing, networking, and lifting ours and mother earth's vibration.
Vender Fee is $75 for the weekend. Set up is Friday the 21st of June beginning at 5:00pm .All set up will done Friday evening. Opening ceremony is at 9:00pm. Open Saturday to the public at 10:00am. until 7:00pm. Sunday from 10:am. until 5:pm. There is a building with electricity available for classes. Time allotments are in 45 minute increments. Email with your reservation requests.
Foot traffic is welcome to carry in items for barter, but bring cash as well. The vendors reserve the right to require cash.The cost of admission for foot traffic is $10.00 for adults 14 and older. Children free. There will be access to toilet facilities. Please love and respect Mother Earth and one another. Trash if paper can be burned in the fire. Carry out all other trash.
