Donna’s approach to health and fitness is based on one’s lifestyle and is always
individualized. She knows from the many years of working with clients one on one
that she can always take the excess body fat off someone, but the key is for them to be
able to maintain this lifestyle and live a long, healthy & happy life.
Donna has over 35 years’ experience working in the health and fitness industry.
She was a competitive athlete and started powerlifting in her 50’s.
She still holds two records in track and field from 1976.
She has managed several health clubs, worked for some of the largest weight loss
chains as a regional supervisor and trained and certified staff in nutrition and weight
loss counseling. In the late 90’s she started her own weight loss program then moved
to Hawaii to implement her program in health clubs on the islands. She is now semi-
retired but her passion for assisting individuals with diabetes, metabolic dis-ease, and
excess body weight still prevails.
Clean nutritious food, movement with resistance training, and relaxation therapy
techniques are just a few of the phases of her POA’s (plan of action) for a successful
outcome. Donna is very results driven and has great motivational techniques to keep her clients
inspired.
