the food that I ate, the words I used, 
movement, relaxation, 
my state of mind,  what and who I was 
giving my attention to, forgiveness and 
my inner spiritual connection.

I have studied bodywork, 
the human energy field and spirituality 
from many culture’s & modalitys.  
It is a passion.  We are exchanging 
energy all the time.  It fascinates me 
so much, that I found myself reading 
everything from ancient ways 
to the latest greatest discovery or “modality”.   
SO into it!  I spent a lot of time by myself.  
I felt with every fiber of my soul… 
that all the answers… 
and extraordinary traits were waiting 
to be discovered.  
   The personal inner connection, 
the happiness, the health, 
the contentment, the talents, 
the fun, THE LOVE.  
This is a never ending quest.  

I found myself trying to get there as fast as I could, and then to realize it is in every moment. ~jtm
