Donna Furr - Mindful Eating
Donna is a Certified Nutritionist/Weight loss Coach, and owner of Pono Body Transformation Hawaii. She has over 35 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry and relocated to Indiana in May. She specializes in clients with metabolic syndrome. It’s the amazing results that keep her motivated and inspired to continue helping clients while she is semi-retired. Donna also enjoys speaking to groups about Nutrition, Fitness, Mindfulness and Relaxation therapy.
Renee Sellers - All levels, accessible slow-flow yoga classes
Yoga finally found Renee in 2015 after a season of intense caregiving both the older and younger generations of her family. She met herself on her mat after decades of putting others first. Once she realized yoga was her sport, she came to learn how to find joy in movement while making peace in her body. She received her Yoga teacher training in 2018 at Shine Yoga and Wellness and has instructed over 2000 classes since then in the Noblesville Indiana area and beyond.

Thomas is an author, storyteller, Intuitive and an artist. To date, he’s written 11 books and 200 articles. Much of his research is focused on people’s extraordinary encounters with ghosts, nature spirits, angels, fairies, and multidimensional beings.
