I created this deck of cards to remind myself to take a few quick breaks each day to "refresh" my mind. It shifts your attitude by shifting your focus. A fine tuned focus boosts the brain and all body functions.
A few examples are:
Thoroughly massage your ears for 60 seconds.
Take the next 60 seconds to sit in a chair, arch your arms back, stretch, point your toes, stretch your legs. Take a deep breath. Yawn.
Put your pinky fingers in our ears tightly. Closely listen to your body in operation for 60 seconds.
Smile. Feel how your face feels, feel how your eyes and head feels. Imagine sunshine on your face for 60 seconds.
In your imagination see your body floating on your back in the blue sky. Very comfortable, happy & calm. imagine yourself inside you floating body. Notice the slight breeze on your skin. Listen to the sound of the air as you float effortlessly for 60 seconds.
